Bank Feeds - Credit Card

Hello,

I've printed off the application for our bank accounts live feed, however it will not let me enter the details for the credit card. ie it will only allow BSB & A/C numbers for Bank West.  

What do I need to do?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

The values that will appear on the Bank feed application come from the options you do select when applying for that bank feed. For example if you wanted to set up a bank feed for a bank account you would get the option to select a BSB and Account numbers whereas if you selected the option to add a credit card you would be have the credit card values.

In your case you mentioned that you have the options to add in a BSB and Account number this would indicate that you have selected to apply for a bank account not a credit card. I would restart the application process for that bank feed making sure that you select to apply for a credit card (not bank account) - Help Article: Set up bank feeds would be able to assist with that.
