Bank Feeds Have Stopped

I have 2 businesses set up with MYOB Essentials. One of them is receiving bank feeds normally, the other has stopped receiving bank feeds all together (since Nov 2016). Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @jbj

 

Just speaking with the bank feeds team in regards to your feeds.

 

The reason why you are not receiving those feeds for that MYOB Essentials is because they are registered and being received on the other MYOB Essentials - with Bank feeds you can only have the feed of the account going into the one MYOB Essentials. So in your case you can either have the bank feeds going through for your Jerome J** MYOB Essentials OR your Lazer M** MYOB Essentials.

What I would be doing is working out what MYOB Essentials you do need each bank account bank feed to go through. Once you have worked that out you are welcome to send an email through to bankfeeds@myob.com with the which bank accounts you are needing to have on each serial number for example:
Serial number 61xxxxxxx- Jerome J**
Bank Account 1
Bank Account 3


Serial number 61xxxxxxx - Lazer M**
Bank Account 2

You can find the serial number of your MYOB Essentials by looking at the bottom of the Business Name drop down menu  in the top right.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't really understand.

 

The feeds I neded for the Lazar Mayer Essentials were registered under that MYOB serial number and being received by that MYOB Essentials regularly for over a year. They stopped in Nov but all the accounts still show up in the Manage Bank Feeds section as "Bank feeds Ready".

 

I have a different set of accounts being fed to the Jerome Jolson MYOB Essentials which were registerd separately under that serial number. These accounts are not the same ones feeding the Lazar Mayer MYOB Essentials.

I can see you have gotten in touch with my Bank Feeds team since your post, and was advised to email in with the correct details. With that information our Bank Feeds team will be able to follow it up, and link the feeds to the correct Essentials Accounting business.
