Bank Feeds Set Up - No MANAGE BANK FEEDS window

I am trying to set up the Bank Feeds however whenever I click the "Get Started with Bank Feeds" it sends me to the standard MYOB website for Account Right Plus online NOT to the Manage Bank Feeds window.

I have check the subscription and we are eligible for bank feeds under Support.


Any ideas?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

You do need to be the AccountRight Live Owner in order to apply for bank feeds. Taking a look at your account you are showing as not having been invited to the account with AccountRight Live*. This does mean that currently only Annette and Chris are showing as the AccountRight Live Owners and are the ones that can apply for bank feeds on that serial number.

*This is using the email that you used to logged into the MYOB Community Forum with.
