Bank Feeds and Payments

Hi,

When I go into Bank Feeds and process a payment.  The screen that comes up to allocate the monies against invoices has Customer PO, Status, Date, Amount, Disc, Total Due, Amount Applied.

Is there any way I can add a colmum of Invoice Number.  My customers send me a remittance advice with my invoice numbers.  I have then go to sales first and note down PO numbers, before going to Bank Feeds to allocate the payment.

Cheers

Mel

Re: Bank Feeds and Payments

Hi @Mel_Gibbons

If you go to Setup>>Preferences>>Sales tab there is the preference "Show Customer Purchase Number in Receive Payments". If this preference is enabled the Invoice No column will be replaced with the Customer PO number. Of course if this preference is not enabled Invoice No would appear.

Kind regards,
Steven

Re: Bank Feeds and Payments

Hi @Mel_Gibbons

Fantastic, great to hear that you have changed those settings.

In terms of showing both of the fields in the Receive Payments window it is either the Customer PO number OR the Invoice Number, you are unable to show both in that particular window.

Kind regards,
Steven
