Bank Feeds authorised form not being processed at MYOB

i have a client who has sent his authorsised MYOB Bank Feeds application in twice, but the Bank Feeds are still not coming through.  What should i do?  AR2015.1.  Thanks Donna

Hello @DonnaS

 

I am sorry you cannot get the bank feeds to work for your client. Can you private message me your clients serial number, email address and I can have a look at this for you?
