Bank Feeds: do I need to upgrade to use?

Bank Feeds: do I need to upgrade to use?

I am on AccountRight 2015.3.17.3339.  In the command centre I have an option for Bank feeds, but when I try to go through there to add an account it seems to be telling me I need to upgrade/have a subscription - is that correct?

Hi @vicki_c

 

To use the bankfeeds option you will have to be on subscription, be it monthly or annual.  Then you can either use your data file in the Cloud or on your desktop and you will be able to download your bankfeeds daily.
