Hi
I am trying to set up my bank feeds.
I have followed all of the instructions except when I match up my account with an assoicated account and click Use account the Status does not change to Associated.
I have two bank accounts registered for Bank Feeds. The status of one account stays as Registration complete and the status of the other stays as Bank Feed Ready.
What can I do to make the status change to Associated?

In AccountRight when you go to Banking > Bank Feeds > Manage Bank Accounts, the information showing in the 'Status' column is the current status of this Bank Feeds application process. This field is not affected whether there is an associated account selected in AccountRight or not.
The status 'Bank Feeds Ready' indicates the service is ready to go, as soon as we receive feeds from the bank we would deliver it to your file. After receiving the feeds, you would then need to choose an associated account so AccountRight would fetch the associated transactions for matching.

Thanks for that.
So I have had notification from MYOB that my bank feeds are ready and I have matched the MYOB accounts with my bank accounts.
I am with St George who do daily feeds but I expect I won't receive those feeds until the account is Bank feed ready.
How long before I can expect to be able to start receiving feeds? I set everything up 24 hours ago and thought it would be instant.

Bank Feeds cannot bring in activities before it was ready. Therefore from the time you were notified that Bank Feeds were ready, any activities on this bank account would come through via Bank Feeds.
Bank Feeds are updated daily during business days, transactions occurred on a given day would typically come through on the next business day. I can see you've received the notification last Friday afternoon, it means any Friday transactions occurred after that and weekend transactions would come through the following Monday, then Monday transactions on Tuesday etc.
To receive feeds please go to Bank Feeds then click on 'Get Bank Transactions'. If there are activities with this bank account and you still don't have the feeds tomorrow, please do let us know so we can follow it up for you.
