Hello, I have recently upgraded our MYOB account right to account right Live and I'm having trouble setting up my bank feeds and each time I i get the Whoops page with the message
A system error occurred, please try again.
If you continue to have a problem accessing pages, please contact MYOB Accountright plus support.
I have trying calling to get the support team I have been on hold over 30 mins 4 separate times i just end up hang up in fustration! this is not what I expected for my $77 a month. Can anyone help with this problem ??

We're sorry to see that you have been experiencing such issues applying for Bank Feeds. I've just gone ahead and had a look at your account, and made a few changes that will hopefully resolve your issue.
Furthermore, I have also noticed that the e-mail address you use to sign into The Community Forum is not the one assigned AccountRight Live Owner status. As only AccountRight Live Owners are able to apply for bank feeds, you will have to use the other e-mail address with Owners rights that we have on record (info@<companyname>.com.au) to complete this process.
