Bank Feeds

Hi All

I have recently (15/07/2015) added a credit card to the bank feeds in AccountRight Live.

This is my first bank feed account set up.

However, as I tried to get bank transactions today, nothing happened. There seem to be none.  No message as well.

The beginning date of transactions on the mastercard is 16 June 2015 to 10th July 2015..  I am wondering if the system works only from the date (15/07/2015) the bank feed was added and hence no transactions to display.

Is this the case or is there something that I am not doing correctly?

First of all, I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.

Your assumption is correct, Bank Feeds can only bring in transactions occurred after Bank Feeds becomes ready. For transactions occurred before that, you would still need to reconcile them manually via Reconcile Accounts, or import bank statements.
