Bank Feeds

I have received an email from MYOB that our bank feed is ready.

I have followed the instructionson screen, but I have not been getting any bank feeds.

Can you please advise me what I have not done correctly.

First of all, I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.

 

You would only receive feeds for transactions occurred after Bank Feeds becomes ready, it cannot bring in transactions occurred prior to date. 

 

To get bank feeds you would go to Banking > Bank Feeds > Get Bank Transactions > log in, if there are new transactions then they will be imported. Typically transactions occurred today will be imported on the next business day.

Thanks for your response. We are up and running now with our bank feeds.

It turns out that we were still set up in "test" mode which is why the bank feeds were not coming through.

Your helpdesk was very helpful and got it all sorted for us.
