Is there an easy way of deleting 2 years of old bank feeds that have come down after having already done monthly bank recons for past 2 years without using the bank feed option?

Unfortunately, you are not able to delete Bank Feed transactions from AccountRight. However, you are able to "Hide" them. This processes stops these transactions from appearing on reports and even reconciliation.

Without a date range for bank feeds, there needs to be some way of mass deleting bank transactions from earlier periods that have already been reconciled.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.

As mentioned by @Tingety once bank feeds have been added to the company file you are unable to delete a bank feed transaction. You would be looking at hiding the bank feed transactions individually, which is a manual process.

If you would like to see the ability to hide bank feeds in bulk that you show your support for Bank Feeds Window - Would like the ability to hide multiple transactions (not just one at a time) on the AccountRight Idea Exchange. You show your support for an idea by voting and if required leaving a comment  - to vote select the +VOTE button to the left of the idea's name.

Is there any update on bulk deleting/hiding of bank feed transactions or time frame for this solution. We have over 2 years of transactions which is going to take many hours to hide one at a time. In the mean time we are not using the bank feed option for this reason.

Thank you for your feedback and support for casting your vote for the idea mentioned by Steven. It is definitely on our developer's consideration list, however at this stage we do not have a time frame available. 

There are numbers of factors our developers will need to take into consideration when reviewing the ideas, such as the level of impact, time and resources required for the development, amount of work on hand and more. We have shared your feedback with the relevant team, when we have update on this idea we will post accordingly on the forum.

In the meantime, it may be worth while to hide all transactions one by one so you can start using Bank Feeds, you won't need to repeat this progress again.
