Bank Feeds

Hi i want to upload my file back into the cloud and and connect it to my bank feeds again.

I have already previosly registered for bank feeds before.

How can i do this?

Hi @bazzano,

I can see that you are using AccountRight Standard, its subscription will allow you to setup Live Services for one company file. Currently you do have one company file online, which is Company File ID 5 and you have Bank Feeds set up for it as well. 

Right now are you trying to upload a 2nd file online, and wish to apply Bank Feeds for it as well? Or do you wish to remove the existing online file and upload a different file? What is the Company File ID (can be found via Help > About) of the file you wish to upload online? 

Please do let us know how you wish to proceed.

Hi if its the same file do i just check the file in and and resyncronize ?

Hi @bazzano,

Currently you have Bank Feeds set up for company file ID 5, as long as this is the file you are using (you can check the ID via Help > About), you can access Bank Feeds regardless of the file being online of offline. Simply go to Banking > Bank Feeds > Get Bank Transactions.

If you have been working offline, and now wish to switch to online again, you can certainly do so via File > Check In, it will not affect the Bank Feeds status.
