Bank Feeds

I have read the notes on Bank Feed and understand that only the owner has the ability to setup bank feeds.  In this particular case the owner is the Accountant for the client.  Is there no form that can be completed to avoid interrupting the Accountant?

First of well, please allow me to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum, hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.

You are correct that to apply for Bank Feeds, you do need to have the online file owner access. We can certainly help to add or remove file owner from a particular account, such as adding the client as a file owner so the client can apply for Bank Feeds themselves.
