Bank deposit dates not sticking

Does anyone have this problem, I've had it since converting to Accountright Live.

Often the date of a bank deposit does not stick, it becomes the date I've entered the bank deposit.

For example today 200715, if did deposits for 4 days in June, and 2 in July, all now have todays date.  So now I'm trying to reconcile June and have no bank deposits....aghhhhh, I now have to undo them and redo them, hoping that this time they'll stick.  Very Very Frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the bank deposits feature. There is a problem with the bank deposits screen that will cause the transaction to record with the today's date, rather than the date selected, under certain circumstances. Our developers are aware of this issue and we are looking into correcting it in a future update.

In the meantime, the bank deposit can record with today's date, rather than the entered date, if any of the transactions that  making up the bank deposit have been edited after the date is entered. To stop this from occurring, after all transactions that need to be edited have been edited, but before the bank deposit is recorded, close and reopen the bank deposits screen. Manually re-enter the desired date and tick the relevant transactions. This will ensure the transaction records on the entered date, rather than the original date.
