Bank feed issue - no deposits only withdrawalls retrieval

Hello,

I have a problem that the bank feed does not show the deposits made on the account from the beginning of the month, July. It downloaded only the expenses and not the deposits. What can I do to get all the transactions in the bank feed?

The account was opened on 1 july 15, deposits on 3rd, 6 and 9 of July . On 9 july, before the deposit it was a payment wich showed in the bank feed. I'll post the pic from the bank account to have an idea of the transactions order. None of the deposits where downloaded in the bank feed. Let me know if you need any other info.

Hello @Aquagen,

I've replied to the private message that you sent through to me regarding this matter.  In the event that there appears to be transactions missing from the Bank Feeds, which can be seen on your online banking/physical statement - please contact the BankFeeds team to follow up.  Their contact details are in the instant message that I've sent through to you.
