Bank feeds not responding

Hi there

 

I recently renewed my myob subscription and cannot access my bank feeds - an error message appears stating that I need to upgrade due to my subscription being expired.

 

Can you pelase refresh my subscription as it is showing as subscribed/paid on my my.myob page but this doesnt seem to be flowing through to AccountRight.

Hi @RPLM

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.

 

I have made a change to your account which should allow you to receive those bank feeds once again without that error message appearing.  So do try again and let us know how you get on.

Also what I've done should correct it going forward as well.
