Bank feeds - receive money vs receive payment

 Unfortuneately I have used Receive Money instead of Receive payment for sales invoices in the Bank feeds window. The transactions have matached and approved but for 2 things, 

1. they still sit in the bank feed window 

2. the payment doesn't come of the customers account

Your advice would be greatly appreciated

I have sorted it myself. Deleted each Receive money transaction and reentered using the Receive payment option, then reconciled the bank statement.
