Bank feeds

Hi

We have recently set up bank feeds but they are not working.  I have followed the instructions and have linked the accounts with the correct accounts in MYOB but nothing is coming through from the bank.  Any suggestions please?

We've made some changes to your bank feeds which should mean that the latest transactions will come through from tomorrow onwards.

Do let us know if you require further assistance with those feeds.

Hi @Debbie_B 

 

For some reason, the feeds had been cancelled by mistake after completing the application process. We've since re-activated those feeds so you should be good to go going forward with those feeds.
