BankFeeds not downloading

I haven't had bank feeds downloading for the past 2 days.  Can you please assist. thanks

I am with ANZ and I have not had any bank feeds the last two days also.  There are definitely transactions on the account.

I also have not had bank feed for past two days with Westpac

Hi @RosaC@CathyM5, & @esna 

 

If the feeds are still haven't updated, please send me the following details by private message so we can check the status of feeds on our end:

 

  • Product serial number
  • Company file name
  • Last 4 digits of the impacted bank account number
