Hi,

My bank has made 3 errors in withdrawals, they have now corrected them.

How to I enter Bank transaction reversals.

Hello Linda,

you can reverse the transaction by going to SETUP at the top Menu bar, then Preferences. Click on the Security tab and put a tick on the first one that says"Transactions cannot be changed they must be reversed".

You can then open the transaction, right click and Reverse. Date it as the date oof the bank transaction.
