Live Bank Feeds

I registered for live bank feeds a few weeks ago when i upgraded to MYOB AccountRight Live, but havent heard anything from my bank.  If i try to register again it says the bank account is already registered but I havent received anything to confirm.  How do i follow this up and with who - our bank or MYOB?
