New Bank Feed

I've just upgraded and changed from a Trial Version to full Subscription. I've received an email saying my Bank Feed is ready. However when I go to Manage Bank Accounts > Check/Update Status, a window appears saying

"You are unable to get new bank feeds transactions because your Account Right Live Subscription has expired. If you want to continue to receive bank feeds, you must purchase a new subscription"

If I choose the option to buy a new subscription, it takes me to my.myob.com and shows me my current subscription. It also shows that my bank account has been accepted, and my subscription is up to date.

I keep getting prompted to upgrade to the latest Version (I'm on 2016.3) and to upgrade my Company File online.

Please help me work out whats going on.

Re: New Bank Feed

HI @Treena004

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource.

Are you able to confirm something for me?

Down at the bottom of the email that you received advising you that the bank feed was ready, will be a Serial Number as well as a Company Name and Client ID number. Are you able to confirm whether the serial number on the email matches the serial number inside your company file? You can find the files serial number by going to Setup >> Company Information.

As the serial number links back to the support agreement to the file, if the file had a different serial number to the bank feeds application then the two wouldn’t link up as expected.

Do let us know how you get on with this,

Regards,
Neil
