Print bank deposit slip

How do I include memo field when I print bank deposit slips in Accountright 16.2?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

Run your 'Bank Deposit Slip' report for the nominated account; refer to image below the following steps & then:-

1. Click the 'Insert/Modify' tab of the report
2. Click the Show/Hide icon & the Show/Hide Columns screen will be displayed
3. Locate the Memo column in the Available columns list; click to select it then click the Show button to include it within the Columns in your report list.
4. Click OK button to exit the Show/Hide Columns screen
5. Now click on the Order icon to place the Memo column in the desired position for your 'Bank Deposit Slip' report
6. When you are finished click the 'Filters' tab then the Run Report icon
7. If you are happy with the displayed report then save it as customised report (give it an appropriate name) so you can use it again without the need to follow the same steps again.
8. Please note that when you run that customised report at a latter date it retains the original date settings so you will need to change those values.
