Set up Bank Feeds

Hi everyone,

We have setup a new company file and also setup for bank feeds but the opportunity to print a form for the bank feed did not happen.  We have tried logging in again to my.myob in order to reprint (as per support note) but when we go to select the account , these words  "Print authority Form" do not appear anywhere.

Feeling a little frustrated

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

With certain banks and setups, an BankLink Authority Form is not required instead you will be given a small digit code (generally 4 -6 characters) to which you can enter into your Internet banking to sign up for bank feeds.

I had a quick look on your account and I couldn't find the bank feeds application for that company file so I am unable to advise on whether or not your situation falls into the above category. However if you would like to private message me on the Forum your serial number and the account number (if its a credit card the last four digits) and I'll follow that up with the bank feeds team on your behalf.
