Set up bank feed

I am wondering if a bank feed can be set up with a bank other than 1 listed in the drop down box please?

Hi @Kristy1976,

Firstly, welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a valuable resource.

Here is a list of all the available accounts that you can apply for bank feeds with in AccountRight. If it is not listed on this page, then I'm afraid you won't be able to set up bank feeds for it.

Hi @Kristy1976,

If the institution you are using is not listed, I would suggest emailing the details to bankfeeds@myob.com, suggesting it to be added. Our Bank Feeds team are continue working with varies of institutions to bring them onboard.

Thanks CloverQ, I will give that a try.  If all else fails I will just have to open up a new account with someone on the list....  May be a quicker resolve, will see what happens.

No worries at all. I agree with you opening up a new account with one of already listed banks/institutions would be a quicker solution. I hope everything will be a smooth transit for you.

Hi Clover,

I emailed bank feeds as per you suggestion.  They say the process with getting a new bank on board can take the better bart of a year, sometimes longer!!!  New bank accounts it is!!!

Thankyou for your help, I'm feeling more confident about the support available with MYOB given I'm a first time user & setting up for our relatively new sole trader business!!!
