If you are using Internet Explorer, try using the Google Chrome browser instead. Internet Explorer doesn't work, for log-ins to my.myob.

Re: Setting up a new bank feed

Hi there @OCA,

We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing regarding setting up bank feeds. As there could be a number of different reasons you have received the error in question, I'd like to recommend that you go through each of the following to narrow down the cause of the issue..

Firstly, as @Kym__Yeoward has mentioned, the browser in use may indeed be a factor - although it is technically compatible across all browsers, we do recommend that Google Chrome be used as we have noted it functions best with our needs.

Secondly, I would also advise that you check the e-mail address you are using when attempting to sign up for Bank Feeds - please note that you will need to be an AccountRight Live Owner in order to set up bank feeds on your company file.

Lastly, which company file is that you are attempting to set bank feeds up on? To check, select Help > About MYOB AccountRight, and take note of the company file ID. Having had a look at your account, I can see that you have set up bank feeds on one company file (file ID 2), is that correct? If you are now attempting to set it up on a different company file, you may encounter an error as you are only entitled to the one bank feeds entitlement. Assuming you would like to set up bank feeds on a second company file, you will need to purchase an additional AccountRight Live subscription. Please do let us know if this is something you would like to pursue, as we would be more than happy to assist.

Additional information regarding bank feeds can be found on our support note Bank Feeds - Commonly Asked Questions.

Please do let us know how you go, and feel free to post again should you have any other queries.

Warm Regards,

Tallie
