Setting up a new bank feed

My bank does not show in the drop-down list of available banks. What to do?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge. If you do have enquires don't hesitate to post them so the MYOB Community can assist.

Currently clients can only apply for AccountRight bank feeds if the bank is listed as on the MYOB Essentials and AccountRight Financial Institutions website. However in saying that we are always looking into trying to offer the service for as many Institutions as possible. If you can provide the name of the bank you are with we can pass it on to investigate into adding that for the future.

If your bank is not listed on MYOB Essentials and AccountRight Financial Institutions I would recommend speaking with your bank to see if you can export statements/data out. If so you can look into using a similar feature to bank feeds called Get Statement. This is more of a manual process in which you would import a file into AccountRight to match and check your transactions.
