Setting up bank feed - Awaiting Application

Hi,

I can see in the "Manage Bank Accounts" section of Bank Feeds the status "Awaiting Application".  How long does the process take?  We have sent the application twice now.   The first time on the 20th September and the second time about 2 weeks ago.  The address on the form is 

MYOB Australia Reply Paid 86472 SYDNEY NSW 2001.

I assume that is still correct?  We have had no feedback at all and would like to have this set up ASAP.

Hi there @Sue_Mann,

 

I've been in touch with the Bank Feeds team regarding your query and have been told that they have not received either one of your applications. The address you have listed is correct, and it appears there are no reasons why it hasn't come through, or why it's taking so long.

 

To speed up this process for you (given the length of time you've been waiting), I have sent you a private message with alternative instructions on sending the application form in.

I am having the same problem in the same time frame as well, and I cannot find a solution can you please guide me in the right direction.

I have contacted the Bank Feeds team and they've advised that your bank feeds application has been successful. Please go ahead and check your bank feeds status in your datafile; you should see that they are now listed as Bank Feeds Ready.
