Slow Bank Feeds

HI There,

Ive been experiencing slow bank feeds for months and have spoken directly to Myob an number of times.  This is a continous issue.  We are in a regional area and bank with Community Mutual.  I would appreciate any advice currently my last feed was the 26th May?????

I can see that the transactions for the weekend were sent through to you on the 30.05.2016. Can you please check that they haven't come through, by logging into AccountRight, going to the banking command centre, clicking bank feeds, then clicking get bank transactions.

Your bank feeds are made available through the 'get bank transactions' button as soon as we receive them from the bank. Unfortunately we can't send them on until the bank has sent them to us. This may be several days behind when the transactions occurred. Typically banks will send the weekends transactions through to us on the following Monday or Tuesday.
