WRONG DATE ON Bank Deposit.

How do i change the date on deposits with wrong day and month.     ?

Please allow me to extend you a very warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it an useful tool.

I'm afraid once the bank deposit is recorded, it cannot be edited then. If you wish to change the date, you can always delete the deposit then record it again using the correct date.

To do so please first of all make sure the preference is set to delete: Setup > Preferences > Security > untick the first option 'Transactions can't be changed...'. Then go to Bank Register > click into the bank deposit > Edit > Delete. Once done you can go back to Prepare Bank Deposit to record it again.
