My bank feeds will not update saying my subscription has expired - which it has not.
i did change from an annual subscription to monthly - is that the reason why and how do i get this fixed?

I am sorry to hear that you have been receiving that particular error message.
The error message is caused by the fact that the company file was linked to the old expired entitlement. I've manually move that bank feeds across to the correct company file entitlement for you. This should allow to receive those bank feeds now and in the future as well.
Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance in regards to that error message.
