Hello,
One of our bank feeds stopped working. ANZ have advised that they were doiong some work on bank feeds and that I will need to re register to get the feed going again.
I went to delete the existing entry and re enter it again, but deleting was not allowed because some transactions had already taken place.
Can you tell me how to " re register" so I can have the same account produing bank feeds please ?

In AccountRight, If you have already received bank feeds then you won't be able to delete the account from Bank Feeds > Manage Bank Accounts.

Hi @JohnMc,
Thank you very much for providing the information, I was able to locate your account.
After checking with our Bank Feeds team, it appears this ANZ credit card bank feeds is working correctly. ANZ only provides feeds monthly for this particular type of credit card, the last feeds delivered were on the 18 Oct, therefore you shall expect the next batch to be around 18 Nov.
In the meantime, you don't need to cancel this bank feeds and re-apply for it, simply wait for the next monthly feeds to come in.
