Re: 2020 update keeps crashing

I have the same error message...have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software... looks like its an issue with MYOB and the new version ARL2020.2.1....as I am able to use an online file on ARL2020.1....i hope this problem gets fixed soon as it has been over an hour now.... Smiley Sad

Re: 2020 update keeps crashing

Hi @daol , @Charity1 , @koda1 , @CEK_2020 , @CornellGroup , @SmartCookie

We did experience an issue which prevented 2020.2 users from accessing their online files yesterday, however this has now been resolved and you should now be able to access your file.

More information on this issue can be found on our post Unable to log into AccountRight Live 2020.2 online file

Regards,
Neil

Re: 2020 update keeps crashing

AccountRight keeps on crashing again today.  I'm having the same error message since yesterday.  Uninstalled and reinstalled several times this morning, but still cannot logged-in.
