Accessing a MYOB file without a subscription

Hello,

I would like to give access to one of my client's file to his accountant.

However, the accountant do not have any MYOB subscription and therefore no "My Myob" account.

What are my options for the accountant to be able to access the file?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource

If the company file is stored online, then you can invite your accountant regardless of whether or not they have a my.MYOB account. When they receive the invite, if they have a my.MYOB account on that email address then they can use that email address.

In contrast if the invited email address didn’t have a my.MYOB account, the invited user will be prompted to setup a my.MYOB account to allow them to access the file they have been invited to
