Active Users

We have lost the Active Workstations in the Live version of Account Right. This is a very useful tool. Is it possible to institute an Active Users, or is this function located elsewhere? Regards, Bronwyn

Re: Active Users

Hi @BronwynHamster

It is true the Active Workstation option has been removed, this is mostly due to the fact that there is no block on how many active Users can be operating at any one time and it operates sessions differently between the software releases.

In the new Software, you are able to run the Session Security Audit report to view what Users have signed in and what users have signed off.

You can find this report by going to: Reports > Index to Reports > Accounts > Session Security Audit:

Once filtered to current date you can see who has signed in and who has signed out on the current date.

With that said, I recommend supporting this Idea: User Access: See who is currently in the file as this is to bring back the original Active Workstations feature to AccountRight.
