Bank feeds delays & error "Unable to Connect" 15/08/2018 - not resolved for me

I know it's only 4.04pm and you said at 11.15am that bank feeds would start to flow through soon, surely they should be through by now.

 

Why is this issue happening with such frequency? Do you have a virus?

Yep I cant get my bank feeds either and when ever I run it the MYOB freezes and i have to restart the program.  Not very happy!!!!

Hi @FHG & @Petal17

 

I have just checked with the Bank Feeds team on this and have found that there are still transactions processing for some Customers accounts and we expect them to come in later today and should definitely be in your file by tomorrow.

 

I do apologise for the delay with this, and have ensured that we have changed the wording on our alert post to reflect this detail from the team.

I have just recieved the unable to connect error message this morning when trying to get bank transactions.

Is this something that's still being worked on?

We are aware some clients are experiencing an unable to connect error when trying to retrieve their bank feeds today. This is something our team are working on resolving as soon as they can. You can find all currently available information as well as any updates as they become available on our post, Bank feeds error "Unable to Connect" 16/08/2018
