Can't confirm comapny file

Hi,

 

I still have 10 days left to confirm my company file but I tried confirming it online it gives me an error. See below my details.

 

Current serial number: (last four) 0330

Product: AccountRight Plus AU 2017.1.1

Hi @Pasifikihr

 

I've looked into the account and there was a processing error that prevented you from confirming files on that Serial Number, I've just rebuilt the profile on this and it should now allow you to confirm your files online.

 

You may need to close and re-open the software to see any changes.

 

Please let me know if you are now able to confirm your files.

As I am not able to locate a relevant MYOB Account for you, are you able to send me a private message with your twelve-digit MYOB product serial number and company file ID number? Once I can locate your account then I can look into why that file is not confirming
