Can't log in, 2FA

Hi

 

I have left my phone at home today and i need to get a verification code to log in. Unfortunately I can't find my back up code file.. 
Is there any way I can get into my systeem?

Hi @Kylie_TWA

 

Without the phone, the system won't let you sign in if you're using App-based authentication.

 

To sign in today, we would need to recover your account and set you back up with 2FA. Perhaps you can switch to Email 2FA if you can access your emails if this is an easier method.

 

I have just sent you a Recovery Code to start the process, when you receive this I suggest looking at this support note to follow the rest of the recovery steps: Recovering your account

 

You can also download the new backup codes after recovering the account and keeping the current 2FA device if you wish.
