Company File Limit Reached

I loaded AccountRight 2019 onto one of my laptops, created a company file & registered it on-line. I have decided to use a different laptop for AccountRight 2019, so I have uninstalled it from the first laptop & installed it on the other laptop. I have created the company file & when I go to register it on-line I get a message telling me that I have already reached the limit of accounts?

I now have a company file I can't register that will convert to read only....... Do I have to delete the first company file? If yes, how do I delete it?

I am new to AccountRight 2019 & need your help.

Hi @schmida 


If the company file has been uploaded online you can go to Open a Company File>>Online and select the required file to continue on with that file in the cloud (the old file).


If that file was not located on the cloud and not brought across i.e. you have decided to create a new company file on that new computer then we would need to look at data deactivating that incorrectly activated company file. As we do need to confirm some company information to action that I have sent you a private message on this Forum.
