Email not sending

Hello

Currently using microsoft office outlook 2016 when trying to send emails offline it gives me an error message

I have contacted microsoft office but they couldnt fix this matter. Does anyone have a solution for this problem, some how myob does not excepts this. please help.

I am using myob accountingright V19

Hi @Michellerazaki,

 

In order to narrow down where the issue is here I just have a few questions and a suggestion for you to see what we can do next:

 

The Questions:

  • Which specific error message you receiving?
    (If you could provide a screenshot this would be extremely helpful)

  • When were you last able to send emails successfully through MYOB?

  • Has there been any major changes since it was last successful?
    (Like a Windows Update)

 

A Suggestion:

Hello Hayden

It was working well when I using outlook 2013 it all happened when I upgraded to outlook 2016

there has been no window update since then. pls see below the error message im getting when sending emails offline.

Hi @Michellerazaki,

 

Thank you for that log, that log shows that it is having trouble loading the Interop Assembly for Outlook. In layman's terms, it's trying to send something to Outlook and doesn't know where it is or how to use it.

 

We have another User who has been able to fix these issues by uninstalling MYOB, running a repair of Microsoft Office and then reinstalling MYOB. Here is a link to their post: Email problems since 2016.3 upgrade

 

If you're not too sure how to perform these tasks, I suggest reaching out to an IT professional who can help you out as this does lead toward errors in your computer's registry. This sometimes happens with Microsoft Office upgrades.
