We currently remit our monthly activity statements via outlook.Is there a way to do this directly in MYOB? If so how is this done and what are the benefits?
Additionally we are considering sending selected customers and automatic reminder email for outstandng accounts.
Is there an easy way and quick way to do this.

Sending mails direct from MYOb is easy to setup and use.
I assume you are using AccountRight 2017.1.1.
First you have to set up the Preferences to Send Emails using Account Right.
Go to Setup on the Menu Bar > Preferences > Emailing.
Once you have them set up then to check the emails sent it is a simple matter of clicking on the Sent Emails Utility button, Bottom second from right on every command centre.
I don't know of any way to do automatoc emails to selected customers.
They come from a MYOB address but with your company name first.
Your Company Name <AccountRight@apps.myob.com>
Also in the subject line it will show: Invoice 000125: from your company trading name.
This way people can tell if it a real eamil or a fake one.
