Hi @halord, two things you could try - move the MYOB database to the same drive as the Premier 11 program folder, and minimise the tasks that your server is carrying out, eg if it is supporting intensive apps like email, move that to another server. Or from a RAM perspective, 16GB could possibly be a constraint, allowing 1GB per user and 4GB for the OS.

hi Mike_James, I would like to ask what is the maximum concurrent users is allowed in my MYOB Premier v11?
is there maximum concurrent users limit per module like (sales,purchasing...)?
what can you advise or recommend in regards to upgrade RAM? 32-64GB? or upgrade the server?
I see you have posted a similar enquiry on maximum users per module simultaneously using MYOB Premier v11 multi-user environment? I have responded to that enquiry for you.
