I’m trying to enable access to our online company file for a new employee.
I’ve created a new user but the invitation on MY.MYOB can’t be sent due to the following error message, “Invitation couldn’t be sent because this person is already entitled to use this company file.”
However on the App.myob.com page she has access but on the MY.MYOB her access has been removed.
I'm using an email address where the access was removed because the employee had left.
Can anyone help?
