How can I set up 2 factor SMS login for MYOB please? I recently heard a concerning situation where an online file was hacked, supplier bank details changed and all monthly account payments going to fraudulent accounts. This has made me concerned about online file security. Currently we use email 2 factor authentication but I would rather SMS so I see them immediately. Is there a way to set this up? The Google Authenticator App doesn't have great reviews so I'm hesitant to use this. Also, any other tips to prevent hacking.

We are in the process of rolling out a new authentication method for users -this being SMS authentication. At this time, this particular authentication method is only available if you are prompted to do so, which would typically be only new customers.

If you are an existing customer or don't receive that prompt to set up SMS authentication we do recommend looking into the authenticator app or email authentication. Help Article: Choosing which two-factor authentication method to use would be able to assist with that help deciding what method may suit you.
