Report: Job Profit & Loss Statement - Include Budget values

Hi

 

I've recently upgraded to Account Right Plus 2018.2.21 & it's my first time using the cloud version.  I have input budget amounts for various Jobs & need to print a Jobs P&L with the budget amounts showing but can't find how to do this.  This was really simple in our previous version!

 

Any advice would be highly appreciated!

Hi @LWHWC

 

From my own testing, there is currently no column or field to add the Budgeted values into the report as it was in v19. I have detailed this and sent this to our Product Team to investigate.

 

As this is currently not available directly we would need to be exporting 2 reports to Excel and use Excel to combine this to our needs. For example by exporting the Job Budgets and the Profit and Loss and add the details manually.

 

I do apologise for the troubles this causes.

Thank you for your response.  I have just been on Live Chat & they've also said that it's not available & that I'd need to run two reports.  This is extremely frustrating as I rely heavily on those reports & having to run two reports to provide the info that I used to get from one seems ludicrous when a product has supposedly been 'updated'.  But the fact that you've raised this issue gives me hope Hayden, so sincerest thanks for letting me know & I'll keep my fingers crossed for an update.
