The Connection With The Server has failed. Please check your network connection and try again later.

Hi All

 

I have month-end and have 1 client file I can not access because MYOB says - ERROR The Connection With The Server has failed. Please check your network connection and try again later. I can go into any other file but the 1.

MYOB has a 60 minute waiting time for calls to be answered and I hope someone can help me to fix this.

I have restarted my computer and MYOB 20 times. So please dont tell me to restart.

To everyone that is having this problem. MYOB called, said it is a server and only some files and they are working on it. You just have to be patient.

yep me too! I was doing a payroll an hur ago and it just crashed. Can't get back in. "Connection with server has failed". Contacted MYOB via twitter twice but they're implying I have an issue my end. I don't think so!

We are aware of some users receiving the error, Connection with the server has failed. Our developers are investigating this and we do understand how important it is to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

 

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Thanks for the update @Fentech . Phew!  Yes mine is too now.

What a horrible experience and badly handled bny MYOB - their suport via Twitter made no mention about the problem being their end. I've wasted two hours today running around restarting comnputers, servers, routers, etc

Grrrrrr.......

I agree, they should immediatly let us know whats going on so we dont waste our time, I have invoicing to do an clients waiting to pay monies
