I have been trying to log in since 7.15am this morning, do you have an update? I can't even log into my on-line account due to this issue.

"Some clients...." given the amount of posts happening, I would say that should be most if not all clients.

 

What’s worse is that it is asking for the code before the 30-day expiry has happened. Yesterday was my 30-day expiry and got my 2FA and therefore shouldn’t be having this problem today.

 

Simple fix would be to disable 2FA while they fix up this mess.

Unfortunately knowing this is a known issue doesn't help me log in to my MYOB so that I can do some work today. This is crippling to us as we are unable to process any transactions.  Could you please advise of when this is expected to be fixed.

We only set up our 2FA yesterday, so this is not a good start.

We will absolutely be looking at other accounting options as we cannot afford for this to be a regular issue.

This is ridiculous, unable to log-in trying from 8:30am - Called the help line, advised it was an hour wait, requested a call back now on hold from the call back and advised it will be an hour and half long wait.

 

Very please that my staff payday was porcessed yesterday, as could you imangine if it was today.

 

MYOB you need to lift your game not good enough.

Interesting, just found out that 2FA via Google Authenticator is working, so how do I reset my 2FA method from email to GE?

Receiving 2FA codes on a new device
  1. Go to my.account.myob.com and log in with your MYOB account details.
  2. Verify your account: ...
  3. From the Personal information page, click Change your 2FA enabled device.
  4. Re-enter your password and click Sign in.
  5. Enter the authentication code from your current 2FA app and click Sign in.

 

Except..................it emails you a code, so you cant even switch to GE even if you want to. So completly locked out Smiley Sad

I just noticed your comment on 2FA being mandated by the ATO, and this is true. I made a post recently including links to the ATO Documentation to implement this for DSP's, you can view the details on my post here.

 

Feel free to have a read through the documentation and also feel free to post any questions you might have on this.
