Unable to Activate/Confirm - 02/12/2019

Hi all,

 

We are aware that file activation/confirmation is timing out for some of our AccountRight Live & Classic clients this morning. 

 

Our teams are currently investigating the cause of this matter, and hope to get this back to normal as soon as possible. 

 

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. We'll update you when there is development.
