Unable to Connect - Account live

I'm having trouble connecting to 2019.3 Live today. I have never had this problem before.  It says

Unable to Connect

There's been a problem connecting to your Account Live ...

 

Is anyone else experiencing a problem?

Yes having the same problem with 2019.3 but have been able to log in to 2019.2.  I've not been able to find anything about an outage and am currently on hold to MYOB support.

Hi Everyone, 

 

I've just been informed that this issue is happening intermittently for some clients.  Clearing the AccountRight cache and then re-logging in appears to resolve this issue. 

 

Keep me posted on how you go with this.

I was in, but very slow. Then got kicked out and can't get back in. I'm not ringing as you spend minimum 30 minutes before you actually speak to anyone Smiley Sad
