Unable to log in to AccountRight Live, my.MYOB and MYOB Essentials (502 error)

Hi Everyone,

 

Current Status: Resolved 11/05/2018 - 6:50 AM (AEST)

Products: AccountRight Live, MYOB Essentials, my.MYOB

 

We are aware that some client may experience an error when attempting to login into the follow products:

  • AccountRight Live
  • MYOB Essentials
  • my.MYOB

We apologise for the inconvenience, we’re looking into the cause right now and we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible.
